Wheelskins, they actually run about $25, come with a custom needle and thread, and are made according to wheel thickness and diameter. You can order directly from them in Berkely CA, call them at 800 755 2128, give them a credit card number along with your choice of color, wheel thickness (circumference), and major diameter.
