The one I have works fine. I don't remember the brand, but it has a foldable metal frame with four spongy cylinders, two resting on the trunk and two on the rear bumper. It is secured by three straps. Two are hooked on the trunk lid near the window, one somewhere underneath the trunk. The hooks are rubber-coated and do not leave any marks. I have carried two bikes with it. Most of the weight seems to rest on the bumper. Just be careful when you load the bike, if the pedals aren't in the right position they might touch the body. This description should be sufficient, but if it's a matter of life and death I can try to find out the brand. Luigi
