It seems to me that there is less wind if the passenger's window is up and the driver's window is down. This is convenient, because it's an excuse to avoid leaning across the seat and rolling it down... I haven't noticed the windows affecting noise at all; in fact, since I've started worring more about tinitis, I've gotten into the habit of wearing earplugs when driving long distances on the freeway. Works out pretty well; I can still hear cars about as well as I can when driving non- convertibles with windows up. It makes listening to music a little harder, but not much. -- Jamie
