Has anyone tried the new Clearwater amplifier for the Miata? I received a brochure last week in the mail. They claim bolt in installation in the trunk, plug and play compatibility, and clear sound with the top down if you use their speakers. Anyone tried this yet? If so, could you post a report? thanks. -gbeck > From miata-owner@jhunix.hcf.jhu.edu Fri Jul 17 08:24:42 1992 > Date: Fri, 17 Jul 1992 10:51:41 -0400 > From: Steve_Grossman@stortek.com > To: miata@jhunix.hcf.jhu.edu > > > 2. i'm thinking of a blue package B with a/c & lsd.....in the archives for this > > list there seems to be a general consensus that certain elements of the options > > are.....wanting in quality , eg, .the stock sound system. any other comments > > on the features of package B? would *you* have preferred to go without and > > put your own XXXX in? > > I looked and listened to all the options, and ended up getting a base model > because I felt the stereo was just not satisfactory.
