I have had my local dealer fix three things under warrantee: top boot strap snap, because it tore out lower windshield molding, because a corner had broken clean off driver's seat belt (female side), because the seat belt warning light and buzzer suddenly started coming on every time I started the car, even with the belt fastened These I did myself: clutch slave cylinder chirp (twice) loose passenger door outside handle (twice) I think this is an acceptably short list for a first-year car. I have had no problems with the drive train or suspension at all. I would very much like to see a list of known defects or factory service bulletins. Can I just ask the dealer to show it to me? Can I make them fix stuff that ain't broken but is on the list? -- Michael J. Abbott mja@kpc.com Kubota Pacific Computer Inc. Santa Clara, CA 408-987-3303
