At 24 years of age and living in Illinois, I'm paying $654 per every six
months for insurance on my '90 miata.  Supposedly on my 25th birthday I will
suddenly become much more conscientious and responsible while behind the
wheel, and I'll be rewarded by having my insurance rates cut in half...
