Oil filter wrenches? we don't need no stinking filter wrenches.

I didn't have to use a filter wrench when I was into changing my Miata's
oil myself.  Just use your hand, really.  I didn't beleive it when I heard
this suggestion somewhere, but the mighty hand does a good job.  The filter
is suppose to come loose enough to remove by hand.  My wife had the first
oil change done by (...) so I don't know how tight the filter is when the
car is new, but I find it easier to use my hand than a wrench.
