I just sold four MR2 steels, which are not only the right bolt pattern, but are hub-centric too! The Integra and the VW rims have a larger center hole, so they will fit, but it's not the optimal setup (IMHO). MR2 steels are apparently quite rare, as most seem to have been equiped with the alloys from the factory. I had a tough time finding miata steel rims, as all of the local dealers sell their take-offs to some joint called Acker Wheel, who deals ONLY in OEM rims. A classic case of a niche market - They quoted me about $50 each for rims (me buying) or $3 each (me selling). Quite a margin!
