I have this problem occasionally when autocrossing (high revs, warm day).
There is a service bulletin on this (I've asked for a copy from
Mazda Motorsports and have yet to receive it).  Mazda has a set of
"heavy duty" HLA available for $20+/per adjuster (x16) + installation.
