Subject: front bumper replacement

I'm really frustrated at this moment.  I discovered that someone backed into
my miata in a parking lot today. I usually park in a very secure area so I
think it may have been malicious.

The damage done appears to be minor.  Front license plate and frame bent all 
askew.  This was pushed back into the front bumper, and has left a permanent 
dent in it. No paint was chipped off.  The urethane has a mark from a licence 
plate screw.  I was wondering if there is any way to coax the urethane back to 
original shape ( I doubt it) if not has anyone an idea of what this will cost
to fix?
