Fellow Miatites (Miatesti? Hmmm, we ought to come up with a name for Miata Devotees), Much to my delight, I blew one of my original equipment tires on the freeway recently. This gave me an excuse to replace at least some of my tires with AVS Intermediates. My car is about a year old, and I have had a hard time justifying getting rid of those rock hard SF-325s. What I have done is put two Yokos on the back, but left two SF-325s on the front. I plan to replace the fronts within a few months. Grip is better and more stable in oversteer situations, and the combination is better than stock tires all the way around. Overall, it seems pretty stable. Is there any reason to be concerned about driving the car like this for a few months? -- Dennis Ordiway 4675 Newport Beach, CA 92626 Systems Engineer Vmail: 8537 Silicon Graphics djo@sgi.com "I was following this BMW and it had one of those NIKE bumper stickers that said "Just Do It". So I rammed him. Knocked the car phone right out of his hand." -- Wendy Leibman
