	Sorry I've been off the air so long.
	If you haven't sold it, I'd be up for the muffler.  I don't  
think I'm interested in the air filter, as dyno tests on my car  
showed it lost a few HP with the K&N.
	Let me know what sounds reasonable to you.  $150 plus  
shipping?
