 Re: cup holders.  I'm using the "amazingly cheap soda-can holder" in my
 car, where you take the top off of the ash tray and rotate it 180 degrees
 and reattach.  Holds a soda can beautifully, and you can slide the cover 
 back a bit to hold the can solidly.  Haven't tried it with a coffee cup 
 yet - Morning traffic is insane enough around here without having a 
 container of hot liquid loose in the car...
