I am not party to a "hubbub going on in rec.autos.tech"
regarding the effectiveness of the Miata's chin spoiler
(or, for that matter, anything else), and I'm sure that
I'm not alone.  Care to enlighten us?  (My own opinion:
Aerodynamic devices on street cars are mostly for show,
although they can have minor effects on fuel economy.)
