Subject: Increasing volume of headrest speakers

I have a 92 Package B with the headrest speakers.  I also have seat covers,
which go all the way over the headrest, and which reduce the volume of the
headrest speakers, which I always thought were too quiet to begin with.

I know I can increase the volume of the main speakers using the Clearwater or
some other amp as discussed here recently, but does anyone know a way to
increase the volume of the headrest speakers ?  I assume the Clearwater amp
doesn't affect the headrest speakers - but then again, maybe once the main
speakers are louder, I wouldn't care about the headrest speakers.  Does anyone
have any comments on this ?
