My car has been taking quite a beating in the parking lots lately...

There's a big dent in my left rear fender (just behind the wheel well) that
I want to try to hammer out.  Before I get all greasy, I was hoping someone
could tell me how you take this thing off.

There's also a dent in one of the doors; I was able to make it smaller by
pushing on it from the inside, but there's a support beam in the way, so I
couldn't really whap it with anything.  Any suggestions on this that don't
involve paying someone hundreds of dollars to sand and paint the door would
be quite welcome!
