Subject: Redline tranny oil recommendations?

Several sources, including the MCA magazine recommend Redline oil in
the Miata tranny but there doesn't seem to be consensus on what kind.
The shop manual says 75W90, GL-4 or GL-5.  A local performance shop
recommended using Redline MTL, but I notice that Redline also makes
a 75W90.

I think the MTL (Manual Transmission Lubricant) is 75W80, and satisfies
GL-3 and GL-4.

Any thoughts or experiences appreciated.
