I once called the head chemist at Redline and he recommended the
Redline MT-90 which is a GL-4 75W90.  He recommended the 75W90 GL-5
that they sell for the rear differential and not for the transmission
since he was not sure whether some of the additives in the GL-5 might
affect the synchronizers in the Miata Transmission.   Millen
sells only the MTL which is a GL-4 75W80.  Both MTL and MT-90 are
available from Redline.
