Alan Dahl and I mount the plate below the bumper using standard 2" inch
L brackets.  This is easy, works good, and looks TONs better than up on
the bumper.  The only side effect is during real hot weather (say >90)
the plate can restrict enough air to cause the temp guage to rise a bit.
Out here in Washington, this never happens, but Alan has noticed it out
of state.   ---JCG.  %-)
