Subject: Hard top and luggage rack

I am the new owner of a used Miata and since it's been so nasty out
in Atlanta this winter, I was considering purchasing a hard top.
Any suggestions on what it should cost and where's a good place to 
buy one?

Also, due to the desire to take the Miata on vacations, I was wondering
what experiences anyone could share on how helpful a luggage rack would
be.  How much do they cost and where should I look to buy one?  My wife
and I fit very well for a weekend trip with the top up, but there's a
lot less room for storage with the top down this spring/summer.
