Hey, mine do that to!  I've got a '90, Miata.  I thought it was just my,
particular, goofy car.  Did ya ever find a solution to the backup light
problem?  There is no speciffic fuse, although I admit that I only put 10
minutes or sso into looking for one.  Any help would, well, help.  Thanks.
