So far as pollution testing is concerned, it should pass emission, since
the BBR ECU does not kick in until 1500 RPM, under that, the stock ECU
map is used. At least in Massachusetts, emission is only measured at
idle. My car must be tested this month, so I'll let you know.

Whether BBR has actually got this thing to be CA certified, I doubt it.
