PAINT CHIPPING I only drove my 1991 Miata 400 miles before putting it into (winter) storage, so besides noticing that it does have a few paint chips I have no experience with this problem. (I bought the car in November - 3,400 miles on the clock.) Here are some things I've heard: - Being so low to the ground, the Miata is a magnet for flying debris when you tailgate. - A friend who sells aftermarket auto parts pushes Zymol wax (the "Japon" version) as the best for the Miata. She says that Zymol is all natural and "feeds the paint," while other waxes tend to dry out the paint. (hmmmm?!) Those of you with paint-chipping problems, what kind of wax do you use? I'll wax my "new" Miata next spring, and would appreciate wax suggestions. I hear a lot about Meguairs (sp?). TRACK BAR Has anyone installed this accessory on their Miata? How does it attach to the left & right arms of the suspension subframe? Is it a solid, tight-fitting installation? Did it help eliminate any 65 mph shimmy or other problems? Did you install it yourself?
