Has anybody tried to convert the hardtop rear window in a 1990 or 1991 to have a defroster. I would imagine that one could attach some after market heating strips or even the heating strips or rear window from the 1992 hardtop which has a rear window defroster. After that, the car would have to be wired like the 1992 Miata to connect the heating element to a plug which is in rear on the drivers side which is controlled by a timed switch on the dash. Alternatively, I guess that it is possible to directly connect it to the battery and have an on/off switch in the rear where the wires come up from the battery. Any suggestions or ideas would be most helpful since the hardtop window really fogs up in the winter unless you continuously run the air conditioner or let the in outside air which in the New York City traffic is really polluted. Thanks, Herb Samuels
