How'd ya guess?  :-)

Yes.  There was a problem with the mailing list software caused by a
foo-foo on my part.  New subscriptions and subscription change requests
were held up for a couple of days because I only partially added another
list but never finished adding it.  Whoops...

People who attempted to post to the list during this period got bounced
error messages.  People who sent subscription requests and subscription
change requests during this period will have received responses by this time.

Sorry for the screw-up guys.
