An absolutely beautiful book, which I have seen in German, translated from
the original English...

"The Rebirth of the Sports Car in the new Mazda MX-5 with a History of the
World's Affordable Sports Cars" by Jack K. Yamaguchi and Jonathan Thompson.

I have only the German ISBN.. (if anyone has the English ISBN i'd appreciate
it)

It recorsd the design history of the car from the early eighties, as a concept
Mazda kept toying with, all the prototypes, the competition between the US and
Japanese design houses.. Very interesting.
