I know of at least two people in Austin that had this problem and the dealer
replaced the windows on both (or maybe the whole top, I don't remember that
much about it) under warranty.  But the dealer (Roger Beasly Mazda) is 
generally quite helpful.  One of the few dealers that I heard about that
was selling the Miata at msrp from the first, no 'extra dealer profit.'
