I installed a set of the factory headrest speakers with little problem. The  
only trick is to ignore the instructions on how to route the wires and instead  
use the same routing as the factory-installed speakers. You will need to remove  
the center console and radio but these are simple to do once you figure out the  
trick of removing the "eyeball" vents (use a piece of string looped through  
them and pull).

If you want to go for the factory set try mail-ordering them from Honey Mazda  
in Shingle Springs California (they have an 800 number). I have ordered many  
parts from them and they are quick and courteous and seem to have the best  
prices around (about 23% off list).
