The dealer installed it (was the same price as the 5 CD Mazda model). It is located in the left side of the trunk, taking up what little usefull space there was :-) There is a power cable running to the front of the car. The Toshiba model is pretty big, at least ~12-14" x 6-8" x 6-8". It does skip if I hit a BIG bump. I also have a problem if the CD is dirty. That can cause it to skip or gor crazy.
