I made one out of a three 8ft 1x2s, some screws, and 4 wheel casters.  Cost
me about $15 in parts (mostly the casters).  It took a couple of hours to
build and works great.  The casters could be left out if you don't want to
move it around with the hard top in it.   ---JCG.
