I wouldn't use ArmourAll. Mirror Glaze makes a very good vinyl  
cleaner-conditioner (#40, I think) that gives a semi-gloss effect and another  
product for getting that real shiny gloss look. I saw a demo last weekend that  
the Mirror Glaze factory rep gave our Miata club and it looked good. Check at  
your local auto parts store or auto paint supplier.
