I mentioned in a note a few days ago how all of my friends would try to
stay out of my path if someone dinged my miata.  Well, they're currently
all in hiding...  Yesterday, some &^%#! forgot how to clutch on a hill
and backed up into my license-plate.  (It would have been worse if I
hadn't seen him coming and threw her into reverse...  I didn't even
realize that he made contact until I got home...  Didn't even get the
&^%&!'s plate number...)  Not much damage to the visible eye, but *I*
will know it's there.  (Do I seem overprotective to anyone besides
myself?  :^)

So, my choices are:

1) Ignore it and pop a few blood pressure pills.

2) Repair the ABS plastic.  What would this entail?  Can it actually be
done?  (The plastic type is ABS, right?  Or do I have my TLA's wrong?)

3) Replace the front ABS plastic.  How much?  Can I do it at home
without worrying about my airbag?

4) Get one of those bug-eye fronts and put on the car.  Probably not,
since I don't think it's very attractive...

5) Any other front ends...

Thoughts, comments, sympathy?
