PLENTY of sympathy: my CDC Field Engineer backed into my 91, panicked, backed
into it again, then claimed I was at fault because I parked illegally. The 
right door panel had to be replaced, and the right rear quarter panel had a
large dent taken out of it.

Needless to say, he doesn't count me in his "happy customer" category any more.
