It tucks under the wipers, and I think it has a strap that fastens in the
trunk.

Absolutely.

Not that I know of, but I don't have one...

Certainly. I don't know who makes it, but you can probably call around.
Among others, I think I remember seeing this in a Motorsport catalog. They
also advertise in the Miata Product Registry.
