Whenever someone has problems with their dealer I recommend calling the Mazda zone office for their area. The times I've call mine (not because of a dealer problem luckily) they have bent over backwards to be helpful. It doesn't hurt to send a letter to Mazda USA in Irvine either. They do listen to complaints and the dealer will hear from Mazda if there are too many complaints. When I was waiting for my blue hardtop to come in back in '90 (red was all there was at first) I called them several times and the district parts manager called me from a meeting in LA to tell me that it came in! You might also CC the MCA, they seem to have incredible pull with Mazda. Don't give up, a Mazda franchise is valuable and I'm sure your dealer will listen eventually! --- ___ __ ___ Alan Dahl | adahl@axysdev.krkdwa.mccaw.com /_ / / / Analysts International Co. | -or- alan.dahl@mccaw.com / / _/_ /___ 10655 N.E. 4th St. Suite 804 | (NeXTMail OK) Bellevue, WA 98004 | PH: (206) 828-1336 | FAX: (206) 828-1300
