First, my experience with the performance you get from a K&N stock replacement filter. Expect to notice no improvement in horsepower. K&N claims 2-3 bhp increase, which is 2 percent. You'll never notice. :-{) What you *will* notice is improved throttle response, or at least I did. As for where and how much, most of your local speed shops can get them in for you, for around $40 plus tax. Or you can order from one of the aftermarket suppliers in the back of Miata Magazine, and pay about $40 plus shipping. Your choice. -- Ken *=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=* Ken Warren |"Nothing good has ever been reported about the | full rotation of a race car about either its E-Mail: kenw@netaxs.com| pitch or roll axis" Carroll Smith *=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*
