You might want to check out the LSD that Rod Millen sells.  Their LSD is a
_REAL_ racing diff, not the silly putty diff Mazda sells.  Price:  $725.
It uses the side bushings and pumpkin from the standard diff, so you might
have to find that stuff.  I've had both, and the Millen LSD is much better.

The stock diff is about a 28% lsd, the Millen is closer to 70%.

BTW, my stock lsd snaped driving around town also, 'course I'm the second
owner and didn't drive the car around for the first 30K miles, but I did do a
small amount of racing with it.  The diff broke at about 32K miles.
