Are these deals any good? sure, as long as the shipping costs don't add up enough to erase the discount. this works best with the more expensive items. plus, depending on how close you are to the nearest dealer, it may be more convenient to just order stuff from home and let UPS deliver... > I've only received one feedback on my recent post regarding > Road Show's exterior car cover (the one that goes over the > upper half of the car when the top is down). If down, do you use any type of car covers? depends where i park. i don't usually leave the top down when parked unless i'm in some relatively "secure" place (no need to temp the thieves any more than they already are) that doesn't have a high risk from the birds. i don't see much point in the RoadShow cover you mention 'cause i can put the top up at least as fast it you can put that cover on, and i don't have to get out of my car to do it, either. so why bother? i have seen some people just put a full-sized car cover over the car while leaving the top down - i guess that's convenient enough (no straps to attach, etc.), although it depends on how bulky it is and whether you feel like devoting the storage space to it.
