Is it my imagination, or are there a lot of failing LSD's out there? This is disappointing if true, the LSD was one of the big reasons I traded my '90 (OK, the yellow was _the_ biggest reason). Is reliability why Mazda is going to the Torsen LSD diff for '93/'94? It seems like the viscous/silicone LSD has been in use in a lot of cars for a long time, you'd think the problems would be ironed out by now (I think even the new Lambo Diablo AWD has a viscous diff between front and rear wheels). Or has Mazda done something strange in their implementation? Anyone? Anyone? Looking forward to the commute home for a change... jdm ================================================================================ _ / Jeff Maurer, Sr. Analyst _ ___/ _ __ Service Applications, Sequent Computer Systems, Inc. / / / / / / Uucp: ...!uunet!sequent!jdm / /__/_/ / Internet: jdm@sequent.com __/ (503) 578-5062 "I say hurl.
