maybe it's your imagination; how many have you heard of?
jim's is the only one i've heard of directly.
mine's fine at 41K.

agreed.  and so far, i haven't seen/heard any evidence that suggests
otherwise.  supposedly there are some drawbacks to the viscous unit
in racing environments, but that shouldn't apply to most people,
especially for normal street driving.

my vote is "don't worry about it."
