I discovered, to my dismay, that my 90' Miata has lost one of the
chrome attachments (the knob-like protrusion near the gas inlet)
upon which the hardtop rests. Looks like it got loose and fell off.
I checked the price at a local dealership: $14! Argh.

I need to fix it immediately since the hole opens directly into
the trunk. Is there a cheaper source for this part?

Also, I discovered a broken plastic strip that runs across the bottom
of the windshield, just under the windshield wipers. Apparently this
piece costs $80+, so I am considering glueing it together instead
of replacing it. Any tips?
