The event was at a race track. A Bimmer took a turn wrong and ended up in a drainage ditch. Bent up the rear axle good. Most events I did were on parking lots and the only hazard were the cones. Nailing a cone good can do some damage. Where are you autocrossing, Daytona? On insurance costs, my Miata insurance is about the same as my wife's 323 insurance when it was new.
