My '93 Miata came with the cup holder, the design is pretty good.
It's a direct repalcement of the ash tray, same size, same
method to install and remove. In addition, it came with a
flexible plastic tray which is placed under the cupholder to catch
any spills. It also came with an adapter for different size mugs.
