All of you folks quoting insurance rates should consider yourselve's *very*
lucky!  I live in NJ - the car insurance fiasco capital of the US.  I'm
presently insuring my '90 A Package and a '93 Acura Legend.  Both have $500
deductible collision, $100 deductible comprehensive, and half million in
liability.  I'm 35 and my wife is 34.  We're college degreed homeowners and
have no violations and 1 minor (uncharged) accident in the past 5 years. We're
insured with NJ Manufacturer's - considered the best and least expensive carrier
in the state of NJ.  We're paying $2100 per year.

BTW, NJM considers the Miata a high performance sports car.  I'd say they're
right.
