i haven't used them, but i guess my warning would be to not go
overboard with your expectations.  they may well increase power and
reduce emissions (as claimed), but i've never seen anything that says
"by how much."  (does anyone recall any _specific_ claims?)
i think it's unlikely that they're going to increase power by very
noticeable amounts, though.
