Subject: Hardtop in Los Angeles!

I would like to add, in defense to people who drive with hardtops.
I drive with the hardtop on because:
-I don't want my rag-top slashed (I work in the Los Angeles area)
-the smog irritates the eyes at times.
-there is no fun driving top-down during rush hour traffic.
-less sun on the softtop extends the life of the softtop (?)
-seperates my blue miata from all the red ones in southern California.
-people not familiar with Miatas with a hardtop speed up to get a closer look.

Don't get me wrong, I still like Los Angeles.  On weekends, the top
goes off.
