It has been said "-there is no fun driving top-down during rush hour
traffic."  I dunno about anyone else, but I couldn't deal with LA traffic
with my top up.  As a matter of fact, I almost killed a person because it
rained once and I had to drive in rush hour with the top up.  If only I
could have fit a gun worthy enough in my car, I would have :)
My theory is that the top never goes down -- unless it rains in traffic
(above about 30 mph, the water won't get in my eyes :).
Just my opinions, tho
