Motorsports Comptition Parts # is (714) 391-2808 but you have to be a member first (no cost but you must race or autocross). I paid $139 each to Motorsports two years ago but it's possible the price may have gone down (it has if Brad's quote is correct). Your best bet is to call up local Mazda dealers and try and find a set of take-offs. $300/set seems to be the going price around here.
