Subject: Splitfire plugs.

Well I went out and bought some splitfires for my toy the other day and went
to install them today. I pulled off the boot/sparkplug wire and looked inside.
To my dismay (Im not the MOST experienced auto person in the world) I saw a grey
colored soft rubber boot on top of the plug preventing me from removing the
old plug.
Whats the best way to remove this peice? I tried to pull gently, no luck.
I tried to push the Sparkplug remover over the peice.. No luck. I tried to pull
harder, a peice of the rubber came out with the needle nose.
Sorry if this is a stupid question.
