Yesterday I drove home, ran inside to change clothes and ran back out and as I drove away, noticed my radio wasn't playing. (It was playing when I stopped the car.) Fiddling with the buttons had no effect. The display was dead. It was hot and humid, and my first thoughts were the mysterious radio gremlins mentioned on this list. I had driven from the humid hot sunshine, and parked under a cool carport. Stuck in traffic, I flipped the fan on to get some air moving and noticed it was dead too. Lights worked, wipers didn't. I figured that I had blown a fuse and stopped at the next gas station. When I turned the key from run to accessory on the way to stop, the radio came on. I restarted the car and everything worked great. I can only assume what I experienced was a bad connection in the ignition switch. Has anyone else seen this happen? Could this explain some of the radio problems people have experienced? Brian
